---------------- DEBT COLLECTORS HATE US! ---------------

With over 25 years’ experience and thousands of cases under our belt, Creditors know that Pathfinder Consumer Law will aggressively use the consumer protection laws to protect our clients and hammer out the best settlements.

THE PRIMARY GOALS OF OUR FIRM ARE:

1) GET YOU OUT OF DEBT FOR THE LEAST AMOUNT OF MONEY POSSIBLE.

2) SUE DEBT COLLECTORS, AND MAKE THEM PAY YOU.

------DEBT PROTECTION / DEBT SETTLEMENT PLAN------

A Debt Protection / Settlement Plan is one that encompasses all types of debt. It is a “get out of debt” plan with the central goal of keeping as much money in your pocket, for as long as possible. At its core, the plan provides that you will only pay something when: 1) the creditor proves it is owed; and 2) you can afford to settle the claim. It is not unusual to settle for 30-40 cents on the dollar.

-------------HARASSED BY DEBT COLLECTORS? ------------------------------– WE MAKE THEM PAY YOU!-------------------------

Congress passed the “Fair Debt Collections Practices Act” commonly called the FDCPA, to provide “money” to consumers if Debt Collectors violate the rules / law. If debt collectors have broken the law, Congress requires them to also pay you damages (typically $2,000.00 sometimes more, plus pay your attorney for his time).

CAN I AFFORD IT?

One misconception is that a debt attorney will be more expensive than a debt settlement company. An experienced debt settlement law firm will cost less and offer real legal protection against lawsuits and creditor attorneys. An attorney will get better settlements and save you far more money than he will cost you. In fact, a debt settlement attorney often costs less to eliminate your debt than you currently pay in one year of interest.
