Our quartz glass technology is based on molecules of silicon dioxide (Si02). Simple sand at the beach is made of silicon dioxide. It is found in vegetables, water and beer. It is considered safe by the FDA as a food additive.*

The technology is inert, meaning it comes from the earth and as it deteriorates it returns to its original basic form. This makes the technology safe for the environment. Unlike other coatings that perform similarly, there are no controversial lab engineered nanoparticles in the technology. The safe Si02 molecules are arranged to form a glass layer between the environment and the surface. It is undetectable and long lasting.
