Prim Paypon is a Filipino dreamagineer who founded The Dream Project PH – a non-profit, volunteer-based organization that helps build the nation by shaping and enabling collective Filipino dreams among underserved and underprivileged communities through creative education, social design innovation, youth voluntraining, and community collaboration.

Since its launch on June 24, 2013, The Dream Project PH has already collaborated with more than 380 institutions and organizations, and created more than 270 projects including sustainable programs and workshops, innovative technologies, and community heritage-based enterprises in 10 regions across the country, with only “superior strategies and zero to inferior resources”.

Ageneralist with a degree in Biology, Prim graduated summa cum laudefrom the University of St. La Salle – Bacolod, and was awarded the 2004 Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines. A Gokongwei Brothers Foundation scholar for special studies at the Ateneo de Manila University and Fudan University in Shanghai, China, he was the former executive director of RFM Foundation, and former manager for training, organizational development and employees relations of RFM Corporation.

A two-time TEDx speaker, Prim’s talk entitled, Imagineering a Filipino Dream, was selected by Spot.PH in 2015 as one of the 10 Most Inspiring TEDx Talks by Pinoys. In 2016, he was named as one of the Philippines’ 8 Movers and Shakers by Explore Philippinesmagazine. In 2017, the U.S. State Department selected him as one of the global fellows for the International Visitors Leadership Program on Volunteerism – Civic Action.

Alongside his two founded organizations, Prim voluntarily and annually commits his time to mentor awardees, change-leaders and/or founders of The Outstanding Students of the Philippines – Alumni Community (TOSP-AC), Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations (TAYO) Awards, Ideaspace Foundation, and Smart Wireless Engineering Education Program (SWEEPx) Technopreneurship Training to name a few.
