While serving as General Manager of Trump International Hotel and Tower he maintained the Forbes 5 Star and AAA Five Diamond rating each year of his tenure. In 2010 he received the Leader of the Year Award for his work at The Ritz Carlton. Additionally he was responsible for helping to craft the Edition Hotel brand - Marriott's lifestyle brand. This led him across the world to open three properties in Hawaii, Istanbul, and London.
