Prince Gilbert Fialor is a Ph.D. Candidate in Strategy at the University Toulouse I Capitole, affiliated to the Toulouse Business School Strategy and Entrepreneurship Department. His primary research interests are related to Innovation Management, Collaborative Practices and Spaces, Open Innovation, and Corporate Strategy. Since January 2021, Prince Gilbert has been working in collaboration with the Atomic Energy Commission of France (CEA) to ascertain how its newly established entity, Y. SPOT, creates value for the development of the innovation capabilities of SMEs in Occitanie.

Prior to his current PhD programme, Prince Gilbert worked as a Teaching and Research Assistant with the History and Political Studies Department of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He was also a Vendor Experience Associate with Africa’s e-commerce giant, Jumia Group.
