Nathan Prince

Nathan Prince is a skilled attorney who has handled more than 2,000 criminal cases at trial court and appellate levels in Florida.

Prince was a senior state prosecutor in the major crimes division of the State Attorney’s Office before entering private practice to defend the constitutional rights of persons charged with criminal offenses. There he was responsible for handling a variety of serious cases involving murder, armed robbery, kidnapping, narcotics trafficking and sexual offenses.

Prince also was the designated public corruption specialist for Florida’s Second Judicial Circuit and was responsible for handling cases involving organized crime and racketeering, abuse of public office, large scale schemes to defraud and other major white collar offenses.

Before serving as a prosecutor, Prince worked for the Florida Attorney General’s Office in the Division of Criminal Appeals. He also has worked for current United States Sen. Marco Rubio and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush in his General Counsel’s Office.

Prince currently handles a variety of criminal cases, including DUI and drunk driving, drug charges, marijuana charges, property crimes, theft, sexual offenses and juvenile offenses. His office serves clients throughout Leon County and in the surrounding areas throughout Florida's Second Judicial Circuit including Bristol, Crawfordville, Monticello and Quincy.

Prince is licensed to practice law in all Florida state courts and in federal courts in the Northern District of Florida. Prince has lived in Tallahassee since 2005, and he enjoys spending time with his wife Chanel and son Conner.
