This is my 14th year in real estate. I spent a good number of years working for custom home builders, such as Executive Homes, in the Indianapolis area. I worked as a pre-construction administrator and have a great deal of knowledge on house structure.
• I have also done quite a bit of market research on homes and condominiums in the greater Indianapolis area. Knowing how a home is built and what all the different options are in both the new construction and resale market, helps me provide you with the MOST educated information so you can make the best decision for you! Not all realtors understand new construction or have sold it!
• I am an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and have served on the Hamilton County MIBOR Executive Board of Real Estate for 13 years. In 2009, I became the chairman of the board. In 2011, I received the Realtor of the Year Award from the Hamilton County division of MIBOR. In 2011 through 2016 I have been listed by Indianapolis Monthly Magazine as a 5 Star Realtor.
