Hi, my name Priscilla — Im a real estate analyst passionate about uncovering real estate opportunities and helping others do the same. I got my start in the industry through fix-and-flip, property management, investment strategies, during my time being a medical student. After experiencing feeling burnt out, working 80 hours a week and working for a broken healthcare system feeling unfufilled, I made some life changing deals in real estate that allowed me the ability to walk away from medicine all together and to focus on real estate full-time. Currently my passion lies in real estate development and I specialize in analyzing real estate deals, managing properties efficiently, and understanding what makes an investment truly profitable. My goal is to teach others how to evaluate properties, crunch the numbers, and create generational wealth and financial freedom for themselves!
