Born March 15, 1990 as Priscilla Anita Ward to Jo Marie Giacobbe and Nathan Ward. I was adopted September 15, 1998 to Lynne and Bob Waggoner, name was officially changed to Priscilla Lynne Waggoner. I always felt like the odd kid, my therapist once referred to me as and indigo child. I have many interests in many things. I've always believed there is not right or wrong, only one persons perspective.
