I’m Priscilla Agbetsoamedo, a nurse educator, speaker, and personal development convener passionate about clarity, intentional living, and people development.

I am the Founder and Convener of the Mastermind Initiative, a platform that creates intentional spaces for reflection, accountability, and structured growth. Through its flagship experience, the Mastermind Room, I facilitate thoughtful, community-driven conversations that help individuals think better, plan intentionally, and grow sustainably.

I’m also the voice behind Polished Perspectives, a digital thought leadership platform where I share refined insights on mindset, discipline, faith, and purposeful living — helping people grow without noise or pressure.

Professionally, I serve as a Nursing Educator at Wisconsin International University College, where I teach and mentor upcoming nurses, with a strong emphasis on excellence, structure, and ethical practice.

My work across community, content, and education is guided by clarity, faith-led thinking, and a commitment to intentional growth.
