I am a motivated professional with a legal studies background, currently studying towards a BA in Psychology and Public Administration. My academic journey in law sparked a deep interest in justice, ethical practice, and the use of legal frameworks to protect and empower individuals.

I am particularly inspired by the practical application of law in everyday operations and people-focused environments. Through my experience in operational roles such as customer service and support coaching, I have worked closely with individuals to resolve issues, provide guidance, support onboarding and training, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

These experiences have strengthened my ability to work at the intersection of law, operations, and people support, where clear communication, empathy, and structured processes are essential.
