Having been born and raised in the US Virgin Islands, I needed nothing more than my family, friends, a pair of flip flops, the clear blue sea, and the abundance of nature around me to be happy. Oh...and horses. Growing up I fell in love horses and was a competitive equestrian from 8 to 13.

The simple island life - living with gratitude, being open-minded to different food, customs, and cultures, and using my imagination to create new, fun, and exciting experiences - shaped the person, executive, and mother I am today.

As VP of Vertical Sales at Pandora, I support a team of 30 high-performaning VP's, managers, and sellers. I have built my team by practicing deliberate inclusion and, as a result, have grown company revenues by leveraging the different ideas, perspectives, and solutions that come to bear with this approach.

Stylistically, I am competitive. However, I never try to win at the expense of others. I believe in respect, kindness, generosity, and team. I hold myself and others accountable to the highest of standards of integrity and guardianship and am quick to recognize excellent work.

Above all, my idea of success is to do something you love while having fun and making a positive impact on others in your community. As a result, I am a dedicated executive lead for Pandora Women NYC and Chair of the Noteworthy Committee, Board Member of She Runs It, and a volunteer for The Birthday Party Project.

I am grateful to have had many wonderful coaches, mentors, managers, and colleagues that have shared in my personal journey. But, the job I've loved the most and am the most proud of, is being a wife and partner to my husband Jason and mother to my two beautiful girls.
