I was born in Ontario, Canada but grow up in Lisbon, Portugal. I love to travel and hope one day, I find that place that will make me want to stay forever. Being restless keeps me moving but also leaves me unsatisfied. My journey for reason and purpose opens many paths, so I search for some direction.

Reading about Buddhism and Mindfulness, while observing the world through the lens of a camera, is my way of making sense of myself.
