I am a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with more than 18 years of experience in Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Financial Controls, Corporate Governance and Business Process Transformation across multinational manufacturing organizations.

Currently, I lead the Global Management Assurance Services function at Meril Life Sciences, where I oversee Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Financial Controls, Information Technology Audit, Cyber Security Governance, Environmental, Social and Governance reviews, and process re-engineering across global operations.

My expertise lies in designing governance and internal control frameworks, strengthening risk management, improving operational efficiency, driving automation, and partnering with senior leadership to enhance business performance and sustainable growth. Prior to this, I worked with Reliance Industries Limited, gaining valuable experience in financial controls, project governance, operational audit and cost optimization within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
