People often ask about the craziest thing done in life. My answer without any doubt is Jumping out of an aircraft at a height of 14,000 feet above sea level.

I boarded a Turbojet Aircraft and climbed up above the cloud to the thin air at 14,000 feet, and I Jumped.. (No, Hell No! Someone pushed me down from behind!). It was a free-fall at a speed of 200 km/h for next 60 Seconds Cut through the clouds at full tilt. -Experienced the 4D view of the earth. Falling fast... I was confident that the instructor will release parachute anytime.. Boom!! Smack on the shoulder! A violent jerk!. He deployed the parachute. Thank god- It went well, I am no more fighting with gravity.

Biggest worry about skydiving is 'what if Parachute fail to get deployed'. This is the nightmare for anyone who does skydiving. Especially for software engineers it is a real nightmare, They have fear when it comes to 'deployment' of any kind - Application or Configuration (or Parachute) deployment. But if you find any engineer who is unafraid, be sure - he is a DevOps guy.

I'm Privin, a DevOps engineer living in Sydney, Australia.
