I was born in Ras Al Khaimah and moved to Dubai in 2005. I joined the Move One team in September, 2010. My main responsibility at Move One is to provide full HR support for the Afghan and Iraq regions. I manage the on-boarding process, update each base with SOP procedures, prepare payroll, coordinate training for Afghan expat employees in Dubai, maintain Fluor pre-deployment spreadsheets and email distribution to Fluor USA for DCAA audits. I am also the main point of contact when an employee has an accident and/or a medivac needs to be organised in Afghanistan.

I am living in Dubai in with my sister, however on weekends we head back to our home in RAK where our parents eagerly await our presence. I came to Dubai to further my education and to pursue greater career opportunities. I currently live in Deira. In my spare time I enjoy watching movies, going for long drives, watching the sun set on the beach and walking along the beach at night. Whenever I have visitors, I usually take them for a drive around Dubai visiting some of the well known landmarks here. Dubai also has some of the finest restaurants, unique ones that really need to be experienced. I enjoy various cuisines. Some of the restaurants I often dine at include BICE, Gazebo and Automatic Restaurants.

In the next year I would like to travel and participate in some adventure sports. When I think of my home country, I miss my grand mom and the food she cooks - the only thing that holds me to my home country.
