community, and reach your customers whether you are B2B or B2C. I’m a former Australian Defence Employee turned Social Media Consultant.

With over 20 years experience working for the Royal Australian Navy I've been involved with the Internet since 1991 in one form or another and I've spent the last 4 years helping the Navy build online communities, having implemented a full social media suite.
