This bio asks for about 200 words, and a bio is essentially supposed to be about me; but I’m not quite sure what to say about me. Do I talk about my experience(s) with adversity and let that define me? Do I talk about the things that make me passionate enough to talk for hours, like the misogyny found in my culture, or the endless questions that keep me up at night? Or do I settle with something witty, to outline my not so subtle sense of humor and lighten up this screen for whoever gets to read it – I could talk about that one time where I did that thing, and deprecate myself in hopes you’ll let out a few laughs.
