PRIYANK PATEL

I graduated from UCLA with a B.S. in 2014 and J.D. in 2019. I’ve been fortunate to work on complex legal matters for several top-tier companies and firms such as Amazon, Google, Apple, Salesforce, NBC, Rubrik, Fenwick & West, and Morrison & Foerster. Over time, I've focused my practice on risk assessment and transactional matters involving intellectual property and technology, including licensing, joint development, manufacturing and supply, strategic sourcing, and mergers and acquisitions. I also enjoy using my skills to help others whenever pro bono opportunities arise. I'm excited about the future of tech law and my journey in it.
