Born and raised in Houston, TX, I left all comfort behind five years ago to move to bustling New York City. I double majored in Journalism and Economics at NYU and now work as a financial planner at Macys.com.
The latest buzzword in my life is "omnichannel," which for me means the merging of the currently independent channels of Macy's Department Stores and Macys.com. Witnessing this process up-close has sparked within me a desire to become involved in strategic planning at a technology-based company.
When I'm not at work, you can find me taking cooking classes, trying out new restaurants, and making spontaneous weekend trips.
