The Puerto Rico Jazz and Blues Society™ was Co–Founded in Aug 2010 by Legendary Bassist & Latin Grammy Award Winner Eddie Gomez and Promoter/ Jazz Singer Lizette Marí Ramos.

The Puerto Rico Jazz and Blues Society™ was Co–Founded in Aug 2010 by Legendary Bassist & Latin Grammy Award Winner Eddie Gomez and Promoter/ Jazz Singer Lizette Marí Ramos. The Puerto Rico Jazz and Blues Society™ was created to promote Jazz and Blues and the image of its musicians in the community. The Society is dedicated to promote and preserve and continue to bring into view the art form.

Primary Focus

The primary focus of the organization is on Jazz and Blues performances by experienced musicians & students to identify and nurture their original compositions & Big Band Concepts. To help create future audiences by stimulating an appreciation for Jazz and Blues through its, Online Radio Station, Educational Programs, Gigs, Concerts and Festivals.
