Job Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Strategy Formulation
• Involved in the acquisition of new business with 2 domestic prospective customers and 1 each in Dubai, Malaysia and UK; of which 2 clients were successfully converted into clients
• Handled RFPs & negotiations with clients at both national as well as at a global level through calls, conferences and visits
• Managed an assigned portfolio of prospective clients to source new business opportunities and keep researching about their business needs, hiring plans, upcoming projects etc
• Was responsible for identifying and categorizing new companies based on business potential
• Negotiated rates and contracts with end-clients
• Increased the contact base with the existing companies
• Focused on exploring and building relationships with newly identified companies
• Prepared the company’s corporate presentations and revised the sales pitch used by the teams across all offices
• Developed a training and FAQs module for new and existing employees to understand various functions and aspects of the business
• Involved in a 7 member team for formulating the required strategies in promoting the company’s new launch – CertoSQL, a postGRE based database product
• Handled allocation of daily/weekly/monthly targets for the team and ensuring achievement of the required targets

Client Servicing
• Worked on providing talent for Dubai & Singapore projects of important clients
• Solely responsible for sourcing candidates, presenting them to the clients, interviewing, salary negotiation
• Hired candidates on company payroll for working on the clients’ site
• Also catered to requirements of projects in Malaysia and India for brief periods
• Well acquainted with internal applicant tracking systems, job boards, networking, user groups as effective tools for resourcing when it comes to catering to niche requirements
• Expertise in using the Internet as a recruiting tool; Complex Boolean search stri
