Prof. Dr. Ahamaduz Zaman

I am Prof. Dr. Ahamaduz Zaman, a General, Laparoscopic, Colorectal and Laser Surgeon dedicated to providing safe, effective, and compassionate surgical care to my patients.

With MBBS, MS in General Surgery, PhD in Medical Science, and FICS (USA), I am currently the only PhD holder in Colorectal Surgery in Bangladesh. Over the past 40 years, I have treated more than 50,000 patients, gaining extensive experience in managing a wide range of colorectal, anorectal, and general surgical conditions.

I specialize in the treatment of piles (hemorrhoids), anal fistula, anal fissure, pilonidal sinus, colorectal cancer, anal polyps, complex anorectal disorders, hernia, gallstones, appendicitis, varicose veins, and breast lumps. I also provide advanced laparoscopic and laser surgical treatments where appropriate.

Throughout my career, I have served as Head of the Department of Surgery at Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmad Medical College, Gazipur, and Shaheed Monsur Ali Medical College, Dhaka. I also consult at Ibn Sina Hospital, Dhaka.

My goal is to help every patient understand their condition clearly and choose the most appropriate treatment based on their individual needs. I believe in combining my years of surgical experience with modern medical techniques to provide my patients with trusted, personalized, and quality surgical care.
