Prof. P. Rameshan

Prof. P. Rameshan is a respected academician and institution builder who served as the first IIM Rohtak Director from 2010 to 2013. With over three decades of experience, he has played a key role in advancing management education in India.

Previously, he was a senior faculty member at IIM Kozhikode, holding prominent leadership roles including Chairperson of PGP and Dean of Academics. As IIM Rohtak Director, he led the institute’s founding phase—establishing infrastructure, recruiting faculty, designing academic programs, and forging strategic partnerships.

Since completing his tenure, Prof. Rameshan has remained active as a visiting professor, mentor, and consultant, engaging with management institutions, policy think tanks, and educational initiatives nationwide. His areas of expertise include strategic management, economics, public policy, and institutional development.
