Fernando Godoy is a professor, researcher, and strategic advisor specializing in Retail Real Estate, consumer behavior, and data-driven business strategy. He holds a Master’s degree in Management for Competitiveness, with a specialization in Retail, from FGV/EAESP.

Throughout his career, he has combined academic research with hands-on experience advising Outlet Centers, Shopping Centers, retailers, and companies seeking to better understand consumers, markets, and growth opportunities. His expertise spans strategy, consumer analytics, data science, innovation, and business development.

Fernando is also an active member of organizations such as GNAM, ICSC, and DOC&R and contributes to the development of the next generation of professionals and leaders in Retail and Retail Real Estate, both in Brazil and internationally.
