Born in Audu Village, Logo LGA, Benue State of Nigeria, graduated from Ahmadu Bello University as a Medical Doctor. Specialized in Internal Medicine/ Gastroenterology.

Professor of Internal Medicine, former Deputy Vice-Chancellor University of Jos, currently Chief Medical Director, Benue State University Teaching Hospital.

Invovled in Christian ministry with the Navigators Nigeria.

Married with children and grand children.
