I am a Finance, Human Resources, and Administrative Professional with extensive experience in construction management, business operations, accounting, taxation, workforce administration, and statutory compliance. My professional journey is driven by a commitment to operational excellence, organizational growth, and meaningful social impact.
Currently, I serve as an Authorized Signatory and management professional at Siddhirupayana Construction Private Limited, where I oversee key functions including administration, manpower mobilization, project coordination, compliance management, client relations, documentation, and financial operations. My role focuses on streamlining business processes, strengthening workforce management, and supporting the successful execution of large-scale infrastructure and construction projects.
With a strong foundation in accounting and taxation, I possess hands-on expertise in GST compliance, TDS management, payroll administration, bookkeeping, financial reporting, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. My experience enables organizations to maintain financial discipline while ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.
As an entrepreneur, I founded LUMEN e-Office, a professional services platform dedicated to supporting businesses, contractors, startups, and individuals with accounting solutions, taxation services, government registrations, business incorporation, compliance management, tender support, and digital documentation services.
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Netaji Subhas Open University and have completed professional certification in E-Tax Advisory, further strengthening my expertise in finance, taxation, and business compliance.
Beyond my professional career, I am actively engaged in social initiatives, community development programs, public awareness campaigns, and citizen engagement activities.
