I am a Finance, HR, and Administrative Professional with experience in construction management, business operations, workforce administration, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. My professional journey is built on a commitment to operational excellence, organizational growth, and community service.

Currently, I serve as an Authorized Signatory with Siddhirupayana Construction Private Limited, where I am involved in administration, manpower mobilization, project coordination, client relations, compliance management, documentation, and financial oversight. My work focuses on ensuring efficient business operations while supporting the successful execution of infrastructure and construction projects.

I also have extensive experience in accounting and taxation, including GST compliance, TDS management, payroll processing, bookkeeping, financial reporting, vendor coordination, and business administration. Through practical experience and continuous learning, I have developed a strong understanding of organizational management and regulatory requirements.

As an entrepreneur, I founded LUMEN e-Office, a professional services platform that supports individuals, businesses, contractors, and startups with accounting services, government registrations, taxation, compliance management, business incorporation, tender support, documentation, and digital service solutions.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Netaji Subhas Open University and have completed professional certification in E-Tax Advisory, strengthening my expertise in taxation, finance, and compliance systems.

Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am actively involved in social initiatives, community welfare programs, public awareness activities, and citizen engagement efforts.
