With Five years international experience at a FTSE 50 organisation, I have worked as a Project/Program Manager in Agile and Waterfall lifecycles, and managed a PMO function.

I have delivered and contributed to a wide range of Software, Hardware, HR, Process & Business change deliveries, often being required to break new ground leading innovation to get results.

I believe strongly in building and maintaining confidence, control and collaboration in project teams, ensureing balance between the keys to all deliverys; quality, cost and time, are right for project stakeholders.

I believe Project Managers should be a calming conduit and control to deliver projects, managing risk and stakeholders.
