I am an 81 year old Irishman who was shanghaied out of Kerry by a female friend who slyly turned wife when she had me in Maryland. I have been in Amerikay since 2,000 and I have painted some pictures, drunk a lot of wine, made friends and written a book entitled Lashback: Devil's Chair Island. This, in spite of the title, is a funny book about Kerry, but perhaps you must be Irish or have experienced that country to enjoy the fun in my book. I don't know, lots of real Americans have enjoyed the book. I will have another out soon. A book of short stories to be entitled "Humorously Eerie Irish Stories. I have had a good life though I never had any money to speak of, but money or the lack of it never spoiled my enjoyment of my good and so far healthy life.
