It is a fact whether we like it or not that lecturers are the most important people in campus as they are the ones who teach students. It is for this reason that I encourage students to respect their lecturers as they are the ones who determine the kind of grades that they get in their studies. I know that students don’t like those lecturers who are strict and harsh to students, but they have to learn to cope with them as they will be there provided that they are still in campus. Lecturers also need to respect their students as it is from their respect that students will respect them and this is the kind of environment that favors good performance in campus.

When I was in campus there was a certain lecturer who was very understanding and from my own point of view I considered him to be the best lecturer in the world. I am saying this because he could even proofread my paper whenever I was in need of writing a quality research paper. This enabled me to get a good grade that it has made me successful in life and I will live to remember him forever.
