Richarde Carter

Richarde Carter raised in the suburbs of Washington, DC. Today, he is mostly known for his laid back, friendly, classy, respectful personality. Known for his fairness in business and building the lives of men and women with his inspired teaching.

After a successful stint where he served his country Honorably in the United States Navy. While serving he successfully completed his Bachelors of Science, Psychology and went further to complete studies for his Juris Doctorate (Master of Law). He later earned his Doctoral Degree in Biblical Studies.

In spite of his many successes, Carter has met many equal failures and short comings including being convicted of crimes that he did not commit. Since that time, he has been a target of the government seeking to devour him any way possible.

However, Carter has worked through his past with faithfulness and diligence. His life is a credit to those who have come through hard time to become a well recognized and respected member of the Church and society.
