Born and brought up in a small city, call the Abode of clouds, surrounded by hills, mountains, Variety of flora and fauna, the wettest region in the country.

I love watching spy and detective movies, reading spy and detective books and Sherlock Holmes being one of the most favorite until today.

And what I realize is the Job I am doing today is so much related to what I am loving back then and now.

What a detective really do is , hunting, enquiring, investigating, spying until they find the person committed the crime and finally locked them up or ........ I could say.

In short, their goal is finding the person committed the crime, and do the needful.....

And what a Searchologist really do is, hunting, sourcing, screening, spying the person social networking until they find the right person to fill the blank position.

In short, their goal and purpose is to hunt the best talented people in town and deliver them to the Clients they serve.
