Proud New Yorker

Living in New York City is exciting. Since I moved here from a small town in Idaho, my life has changed for the better. I first found my home in Manhattan. It was a small condominium at the heart of the business district. My rent for this small space is quite expensive you could actually rent a nice home for a small family in Idaho with the rent I'm paying for my condo in Manhattan.

The great thing about moving in to Manhattan is that I was easily able to find a good paying stable job. My place of work is easily accessible from my home, I can easily walk for about 10 minutes and presto i'm at work. After staying in Manhattan for a few years I was living the New Yorker's dream however, the cost of living in Manhattan became to expensive for me. I was living from paycheck to paycheck with no savings because of the increasing cost of my place.

I decided to take my chances and find a more budget friendly place to live in. I checked online for some nearby condos in Manhattan but they were all quite expensive. During my online surfing I came across East River Partners. They are a real estate development company which specializes in residential spaces located in Brooklyn. Their units were new and very nice. The only setback I see with moving in to Brooklyn is the commute to my work. Right now I am still undecided whether to move or not but I am leaning towards to moving in Brooklyn because the prices of homes in Manhattan has become to rich for me.
