My name is Priya and I recently got married, 26th October 2013 to be precise.

It was honestly the best day of my life! Firstly, because I finally got to marry my best friend and soul mate, but also because I was blessed to be surrounded by my incredible friends and family. It was also great to see all the details and plans that we had, come together in what was an unforgettable evening for many. It’s such an amazing feeling to still to this day hear from guests, “your wedding was amazing,” and “it was the best wedding I’ve ever been” or even “your wedding was like a rave!” But, that was not possible without so many people - check out my blog "MyBridalDreams" for all the details.

I have a full time job in PR (hence the love for writing), and I just want to reach out to as many brides as possible.

I enjoyed the whole planning and wedding process so much that I decided that I just had to share my experience with future brides. Some people may say that I am just 'over excited' but I call it a passion.

It is a very exciting but also stressful (and expensive) time planning your wedding, and sometimes those closest to you don’t always understand that. You may feel your best friend, mum, sister, cousin or even your fiancé(e) just doesn’t get you at the moment. That they’re not their for you as much, they don’t care, or you just can’t talk to them. Well none of that is true as they love you dearly, but maybe they either have never been in your position before, they’ve forgotten what it’s like to be a bride or if it’s your other half, they have a number of emotions they are feeling to!. So… Cue “MyBridalDream!”

My site is here like a friend, to share advice, laugh with you, cry with you, and most of all listen to you too!
