I am a photographer based in Ireland.

When I travel abroad or just walk through the streets in my city I meet various people everyday. They are working, creating some local artwork or just doing some bits and pieces. It may sound like nothing exciting but it is very important to me to capture moments as in original way as possible.

Taking portraits I focus on people emotions that correspond to the places they are. I use often wide angle lenses to add some background in order to build a better image of the subjects and what they do.

The essence of good portrait is it should tell the story, reveal feelings of the model instead of being a dead snapshot. I find streets as the most inspiring place, you can be involved in real situations and take them as they are. Those places are full of life everyday and only the photographer’s creativity is a limitation factor.
