Paul Schlehlein

Limpopo, South Africa

Around the time blogs were becoming popular, I began living in a rural South African village with no running water and no phone lines. So I decided to wait until 2013 to start a blog.

I have earned degrees from Pensacola Theological and Reformed Theological Seminary and planted the Trinity Baptist Church in the rural village of Mbhokota, South Africa where I pastor and preach in the local language of Xitsonga.

I also lecture at the Limpopo Bible Institute, a Bible college for rural pastors that my colleague and I established in 2008.

Since 2006, our family has lived in Limpopo, South Africa, just an hour drive from the borders of Mozambique and Zimbabwe. We own a German Shepherd, cheer for the Green Bay Packers, and have bookshelves in every room of our house.
