Parm is serial entrepreneur with a myriad of start-up experience having launched several technology businesses and two Venture Studios over his career with multiple exits. Never sitting idle, Parm is at it again with his latest endeavour which is operating in stealth mode for now.

As Managing Partner of the Gill Group, he is actively involved in the entrepreneurial eco-system as a strategic advisor and connector for early-stage companies. Parm has acted as an Entrepreneur-In-Residence with Invest Ottawa as well as a Mentor with Wearable World Labs in San Francisco.

Since 2014 Mr. Gill has been involved with Venture For Canada – a national charity which operates a program that provides top young graduates and current students with an opportunity to gain meaningful work experiences at Canadian SME's with a goal that they become mobilized as entrepreneurs.
