I make a mean coffee pourover and am pretty sure that 20 grams of good coffee to 300 grams of water is the secret. Have been known to cook outside 250 days a year, and hoard hardwood lump charcoal in the off season. When someone says "you grilled WHAT" with a confused look I take it as the highest of compliments.
I have worked for some pretty iconic brands over the years like Nestle, Red Bull, Hostess, and even sold my fair share of malt liquor in Manhattan. I have taken the best of what those brands offered and put their BS on the shelf allowing me to see the customer without the taint of corporate glasses.
