I'm Pavel Kuzko, a Product Manager with 14 years in fintech, insurance, legal, and data products. For the last three years I've been building AI products on top of that foundation.

My background started in Lean and Six Sigma back in 2012, analyzing operational pain in big organizations. At some point I got tired of writing recommendations and started building the systems myself. Different industries, same job: find the repetitive human work, replace it with something that runs on its own.

These days I ship LLM systems end-to-end not strategy decks, actual production. A few things I've shipped recently:

• A voice intake agent for Sterling Law (a Legal 500 UK firm) that took 60% of phone work off the team. I owned it from vendor selection to CRM integration.
• An applicant scoring system for an immigration startup I co-founded. Lead qualification accuracy went up 45%, conversion from 8% to 18%.
• Product at TgSight, working with fraud scoring, audience segmentation, and ad-tech analytics on 350M+ row datasets.
• xR2, my own open-source prompt management platform with built-in A/B testing.

What makes me a slightly unusual PM: I write Python (FastAPI, Postgres, Docker), I've co-founded two companies, and I've been solving variations of the same problem across five industries.
