Sowrey has over 20 years’ experience leading, reshaping Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement and Sports Management functions for international clients and companies across Global Markets.

Sowrey is a pioneer of Business Process Management (BPM) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) focusing on Sales, Supply Chain and Procurement, developing Global Shared Service and delivery models for international clients.

In 2005 Sowrey joined Capgemini to lead the Procurement Transformation Consulting practice. He led the team to ensure service offerings were Market driven, with the focus on the digital world, helping clients and consultants to develop and deliver best practice., with the focus not only on “Benefits Generation”, but also on the Delivery.

Sowrey is a firm believer that Supply Chain and Procurement functions need to focus on two key areas, “Benefit Generation” and "Benefit Delivery" and guided the team to develop along these dimensions.

While at Capgemini Sowrey went on to lead the Supply Chain and Procurement BPO business, securing two Global landmark deals in 2009 and 2010. Sowrey was awarded the Business Development leader of the year award in 2011.

Back in 2000 Sowrey joined Ericsson to spearhead the optimisation of Supply Chain and Procurement in the Global Telecommunications Company, between 2001 and 2003 Peter lead the deployment of Shared Services and all the associated systems to support Ericsson and ensure that Ericsson could operate as a globally connected organisation within the Supply Chain function.

In 2015 Sowrey joined ISAF World Sailing the governing body for sport of Sailing, to help set strategy and enable the Sailing World to develop as Business Platform.

Today Sowrey supports clients that require help and support in the new business worlds of Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence and other new and emerging technologies.
