As an author/editor, school and neurodevelopmental psychologist, professor, and faculty leader, Dr. Eusebio has dedicated his career to working with children, the developing mind, holistic therapies, optimizing the brain, and leading diversity and transformative efforts in the community and education.
He obtained his bachelors degree in pre-medicine and biology from the University of Redlands, a masters in Psychology and specialist degree in School Psychology at The Citadel Graduate School, and a doctorate in School Psychology with a focus on neuropsychological development from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he was elected Class Chair, founded Psychology Book Review, and served on the Medical Ethics Board.
Dr. Eusebio has extensive experience in conducting psychoeducational evaluations in school, psychiatric, and children's mental health settings. He has worked with children and families experiencing various cognitive, learning and behavior difficulties.
As former Chair of the Department of School Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington, D.C., he served as a Distinguished Associate Professor and Parliamentarian to the Faculty Council. He was elected Faculty Council Chair while in Chicago where he led a faculty of over 100 professors as a diversity and social justice leader and founder of the Asian Pacific American Society.
Dr. Eusebio has published and presented internationally on executive function, emotional regulation, neurodevelopment, psychopathology, effective cognitive behavioral and expressive therapies, frontal lobe and subcortical disorders, technology and the brain, Asian Pacific American psychology, educational leadership, and diverse learning styles.
