An award winning professor, clinical director, faculty leader, and community activist, Dr. Eusebio has dedicated his career to the developing mind, holistic therapies, optimizing the brain, and leading diversity movements in the community and education.

He obtained his bachelors degree in pre-medicine and biology from the University of Redlands in California, two graduate degrees in Psychology and School Psychology at The Citadel Graduate School in Charleston, South Carolina and meritorious recognition for his doctorate in School and Neuropsychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he was elected Class Chair, served on the Medical Ethics Board, founded Psychology Book Review, and was selected to teach graduate level clinical and school psychology courses.

As Chair of the Department of School Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington, D.C., he served as a Distinguished Associate Professor and Parliamentarian of the Faculty Council. He was elected Faculty Council Chair with the University in Chicago where he led a faculty of over 100 professors and associates as a diversity and social justice leader, founder of the Asian Pacific American Society, and Associate Professor for seven years.

Dr. Eusebio has published and presented internationally on neurodevelopment, clinical and school psychology, neurodevelopmental psychopathology, existential and humanistic psychotherapy, executive function, frontal lobe and subcortical disorders, neurotechnology, Asian Pacific American psychology, and leadership.
