I am Tanha Gowande, a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 8+ years of experience in mental health care, psychotherapy, psychological assessments, and clinical research. I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology (Clinical) from the University of Mumbai, Kalina Campus.
Alongside my clinical practice, I am actively involved in psychological research, contributing to evidence-based mental health literature. I am currently working on multiple research projects, with two manuscripts under peer review at a Q1-indexed international journal. I also serve as an academic peer reviewer, supporting the scientific review process and promoting high-quality research in psychology.
