I am a BACP-registered counsellor offering online counselling and in-person counselling through an agency based in Newport, South Wales, UK. I am also preparing to launch my own private practice offering on-line counselling in spring 2026.

My route into counselling wasn’t linear. I’ve been an engineer, a stay‑at‑home parent, and now a therapist — each chapter teaching me something different about myself, people, systems, and what helps us grow.

Those experiences shape the way I work today. I bring the structure and clarity of an engineer and the patience and adaptability learned through parenting to the steady, relational presence of a counsellor.

In my practice, I offer a calm, thoughtful space where adults can explore their stories, understand long‑standing patterns, and move toward change at a pace that feels right for them. I’m interested in how people make sense of their lives, and I work collaboratively, with curiosity and respect.
