As a Business Development Manger for a leading Selection and Assessment Technology firm, I'm able to leverage my experinece as an HR Consultant to seek out companies with which I can establish mutually beneficial partnerships, as well as maintain and grow existing relationships with a diverse group of global clients. Once a partnership has been established, I work alongside our consultants to investigate each individual clients’ exact needs, and then use this information to determine a maximally efficient and legally defensible hiring plan that will optimize their hiring and staffing results.
