Internet ptcl speed test to Open A Complaint With Your Internet Service Provider?
If your ISP does not react positively to the first reports of your slow connection based on the test results of speedtest.net or the specific test of this provider, you should initiate a formal complaint, in which case you are required to use a specific service officer for measuring the speed of the connection of the provider (the free software called Ne.Me.Sys.) as required by Resolution no. 244/08 / CSP , and to follow the complaint process set out in Resolution. In the event that Ne.Me.Sys. Detect values worse than what is guaranteed by the operator, the test result is evidence of breach of contract and can be used to lodge a complaint. The operator in this case is required by law within 30 days to respond to your complaint by restoring the levels of quality of service guarantees. Otherwise, you are entitled to withdraw from the service without penalty. In another lesson I'll explain how to measure the speed of your connection with Ne.Me.Sys. And how to make a formal complaint with your Internet Service Provider.
