She has been a licensed mortgage broker since 1985 and a licensed realtor since 1989. Patricia M. Tracey also holds certification as a homebuyer educator through the Florida Housing Finance Corporation and completed Neighborworks educational coursework on the subjects of foreclosure assistance, first time home buying and post purchase.

Ms. Tracey has served as the executive director of Real Estate Education And Community Housing, Inc. (REACH), since 2006. From her headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, she counsels REACH clients on United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) issues that range from home ownership and foreclosure prevention to housing rehabilitation and grant writing. Ms. Tracey also ensures full compliance with all federal and state laws, and she oversees audits conducted by HUD, Neighborworks, and HomeFree-USA.
