Mr. Trowe is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in interactive entertainment as a professional with over 300 titles shipped on PC, Mac, XBOX, PSX, Wii, Brew, Java, iOS, Android, and Linux, as well as a cannabis entrepreneur (hemp and hemp derived products) as of 2019. Paul Trowe has coordinated the release of many successful and innovative video games since 1986 including many original as well as franchised IP. In 2008 he founded Replay Games, where he oversaw the funding of the popular 1980s hit remake Leisure Suit Larry: Reloaded, which was released in 2013 and has to date sold over 10 million units across 6 platforms. After guiding the title to success as the third major game to receive Kickstarter funding and the first to meet the anticipated delivery date to backers, Paul Trowe led the game's production and its subsequent release in brick-and-mortar retail stores. He also led Replay Games to bid on, win, and successfully develop hit games for MTV, A&E Network, Discovery Channel, History, Channel, and WebMD. Replay is the leading development partner for Intel's AppUp delivery platform for games with a major investment from Intel Ventures.

Paul Trowe established Replay Games following a successful tenure at Pulse Interactive, Inc., which he also founded. He led the release of the company's high-profile Quake Mobile, the first mobile game to employ 3D graphics with hardware acceleration through the ATI Radeon mobile graphics processing unit (GPU). In 2005, the title won both the Best Mobile Game of E3 award and the Fierce 15 Award for accomplishment in mobile gaming. He later sold the company to SK Telecom, the largest telecom operator in South Korea.

Actively involved in his professional community, Paul Trowe serves on a number of advisory boards, including the Video Game Development Institute, Game Camp, and SXSW. He is also an avid cryptocurrency investor who has generated seven figure incomes for his clients from his day trading involving Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. At present, he is working part time on his cannabis distribution company and planning for his imminent retirement to join his other friends from the video game industry.
