PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur Indonesia or PTSMI is an Infrastructure Financing Company based in Indonesia that established on 26 February 2009 with 100% shares owned by the Government of Indonesia through the Minister of Finance Republic Of Indonesia.

PTSMI plays an active role in encouraging public-private partnership in Infrastructure to address Indonesia Development Project. PTSMI also serve as advisor for Infrastructure projects in Indonesia and Catalyst in accelerating Infrastructure Development in Indonesia.

PTSMI not only financing in basic infrastructure sector, but also social infrastructure, since the Government plan to transform the Company into an Indonesian Development Financing Institution.
