Putri Agustina

Putri Agustina is dedicated to human development. Putri is known as young woman activist, volunteering enthusiast, speaker, and educator.

She holds a bachelor degree in education business administration from Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta (State University of Jakarta), and learns more about commerce thus she has special interest with marketing and social media. Despite, her thesis is about human resource development.

She loves to promote social initiatives. Not only that, she also hopes to establish herself as a professional lecturer and also social entrepreneur someday in the future. Being quite active in student/youth organizations and volunteering throughout her community, has helped shape her leadership skills, prompting her to join the UN Volunteering Online to help other NGOs in other countries. Besides, she has been encouraging UNJ students to appreciate the meritocracy by twitter initiative through @KepresUNJ. Volunteerism has made her also developing Indonesia Volunteering Hub (@IDVolunteering).

As a global citizen, she has been appointed to represent Indonesia in a number of international forums, including the G(irls)20 Summit, Jakarta Sister City Youth Program and World Conference on Youth. Also, she has been recognized as Kartini Muda 2014 awarded by Astra Honda Motor and finalist of Women of Worth selected by LOreal Paris Indonesia. In 2015, she has been awarded as Pemuda Pelopor for ICT initiative held by Kementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga Republik Indonesia (Ministry of Youth and Sport of Republic of Indonesia).

Since August 2016, she has initiated book project with title "Abroad You(th)" (@abroadyouthid). So that, she is officially known as writer, too.
