MISSION

Our mission is to create a just and equitable society and the diverse leadership to sustain it. We are changing the face and practice of leadership in communities across the country by demonstrating our conviction that everyone can lead, and that lasting social change results when citizens of all backgrounds step up, take responsibility, and work together.

The Public Allies signature AmeriCorps Ally Program identifies diverse young adults and prepares them for leadership through paid full-time nonprofit apprenticeships and rigorous leadership training. http://apply.publicallies.org/

Host an Ally or Allies—Public Allies helps organizations identify and carry out plans to increase organizations' ability to make a difference in communities.

Help with a Project—Public Allies is always looking for opportunities to partner with organizations to realize service projects that lead to community impact.

Share Knowledge—Public Allies wants to know what you know, wants to share what it knows with you, and wants to help organizations share what they know with each other.
